Not too bad of a run as I did it in just over 16:30 for an average kilometer of 5:32 burning over 250 calories. It certainly had its bursts of speeds because of some uphill parts as well as downhills and stop signs.
But now I am over 30 kilometers for the month and plan on finishing the rest of week strong. My route was a longer version of some of my two kilometer runs but I reached North Ave which was something new to see.
