It wasn't my New Year's resolution to lose weight but it certainly has been a goal of mine so far in the first couple weeks of the year. So I have gone about setting up this training program you can see on the site, eating healthier and keeping track of my calories. I have also eliminated regular soft drinks and replaced it with Diet Dr. Pepper. The results have been tremendous and with my first weigh in this morning I am happy to report that I have lost four pounds already.
I guess it helps paying attention to what you eat and not drinking tons of calories in Pepsi and Coke. My next weigh in is going to be January 31st two weeks from today. Can I lose another two pounds? Can I keep this going and keep the weight off?
