Midweek

This morning we all woke up to a new President and I know personally I woke up with some new optimism. I hope to translate that into other aspects of my life as well just for my own well-being.

This morning I accumulated three kilometers with a 6 minute walk, 4 minute run (repeated 1 time) and then followed with about three more minutes of walking. I can tell you that I am feeling stronger and happy with my progress.



This was once again on a treadmill in the local gym so I was able to watch television while on the run. It really is a great time.
